a bread Crumb . . . It’s a Possibility A nd Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible. Mark 10:27 KJV
I use my computer for everything. My husband gets irritated with me sitting at my computer so much. I use my computer and the internet for everything from banking online to researching and writing my bible lessons. One day I noticed my computer was running slower and slower. It began running so slow that I could barely use it. I did everything I could think of to get it fixed. I ran virus programs, uninstalled programs, cleared out temporary files, etc. Nothing worked. After hours and hours of trying to get it fixed. I contacted a friend of mine that works on computers and is very good at working on computers! He made a few suggestions that I tried on my own. Then he told me to bring it to him and he would take a look at it. Within an hour of having my computer, he found the problem! You could not even tell there had been a problem. Matter of fact, he had the computer running as good as it did the day I bought it. I had spent hours and hours trying to fix what I was not able to fix. What was almost impossible for me was nothing to him. After I thought about my computer situation, it reminded me of us with God. We have problems that are impossible for us to solve on our own. Yet, we spend hours and hours, days and days, even years and years trying to solve these problems. When all we have to do is take it to God and let Him fix what we cannot. Just as my friend could fix my computer like it was nothing, God can fix our problems like they are nothing. The word of God tells us ALL things are possible with God. Not some but ALL. Ephesians 3:20 tells us that God can give us exceedingly, abundantly above all that we could think or ask. God asked Moses "Is my arm too short?" Of course, God answered His own question with that His arm was not too short. God’s word is full of many other instances where God reveals His power and ability as well as His love and willingness. Are there things you are going through right now that you are struggling with, things you are trying to do on your own, with the knowledge and abilities you have? However, with all your struggling and effort, you aren’t getting anywhere. Why not take it to the One that can have it fixed in a short time. Not only fixed, but restored to the point that He intended for your situation to be in the first place . . . Because with God ALL things are possible.
