Miracles Unseen

Then the master of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and did not know where it came from (but the servants who had drawn the water knew), the master of the feast called the bridegroom. John 2:9

What is God doing for you? Does it feel like He isn’t doing anything for you? I recently taught about the first recorded miracle of Jesus; turning the water into wine. When I was studying for the message - I realized that the bride and groom were not involved in the process leading to the miracle. It doesn’t appear that were aware of the wine running out. Jesus performed this miracle and they didn’t even know they needed a miracle.

This symbolizes to us that there are things Jesus does for us that we don’t even know He has done for us. I believe we won’t know and understand everything until we enter eternity!

God’s Word is true! His word is full of promises that we can count on whether we ever see them or not. One way is by rebuking the devourer for the tithe payer. Maybe it’s through making your tires last longer than they should, maybe it’s through keeping you healthy enough to work, or maybe it’s through causing your place of employment to prosper so you can continue in the same job. What about the promise to protect you? Maybe he has saved you from a life threatening auto accident. The maybe this or that can go on and on. There are so many things God has done for us that we haven’t even noticed.

You say "what could He be doing for me, I haven’t seen any great miracle in my life." Just remember the bride and groom from John 2 didn’t see any great miracle in their life either.
